{"id":865,"date":"2022-07-04T10:52:40","date_gmt":"2022-07-04T08:52:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elena-cascarigny.com\/?p=865"},"modified":"2026-01-20T11:26:52","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T10:26:52","slug":"benefices-yoga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elena-cascarigny.com\/en\/2022\/07\/04\/benefices-yoga\/","title":{"rendered":"Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la pratique du yoga"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga <strong>Yoga<\/strong>, combinaison d\u2019exercices physiques, de respiration et d\u2019attention ou pleine conscience, apporte de nombreux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, qu\u2019ils soient physiques ou mentaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Des \u00e9tudes ont mis en \u00e9vidence les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices physiques de la pratique : gain de <strong>flexibilit\u00e9 <\/strong>and <strong>souplesse<\/strong>, am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9quilibre<\/strong>, <strong>endurance musculaire<\/strong> and <strong>mobilit\u00e9 de la colonne<\/strong>. En apprenant \u00e0 notre corps \u00e0 se tenir autrement, nous pouvons all\u00e9ger des douleurs chroniques du dos ou autre. Le yoga am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement la c<strong>apacit\u00e9 respiratoire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Les bienfaits mentaux ne sont pas en reste : am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019<strong>attention<\/strong> et la <strong>concentration<\/strong>, de la <strong>vitesse<\/strong> <strong>de traitement<\/strong> des informations et de la <strong>m\u00e9moire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Au niveau \u00e9motionnel, le Yoga permet aussi la <strong>r\u00e9gulation du stress et des \u00e9motions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En r\u00e9duisant le stress, le Yoga a un effet sur diff\u00e9rentes maladies exacerb\u00e9es par le stress comme les maladies cardiovasculaires, l\u2019hypertension, le syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable, la fatigue et les douleurs chroniques, le syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le yoga s\u2019est \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques dans l\u2019all\u00e8gement des sympt\u00f4mes de la <strong>d\u00e9pression<\/strong>, <strong>l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>, le syndrome de stress post-traumatique, le binge-eating et les troubles du <strong>sommeil<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tout \u00e7a gr\u00e2ce aux mouvements conscients, \u00e0 l\u2019attention \u00e0 la respiration et \u00e0 des pratiques m\u00e9ditatives !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En effet, se concentrer sur un objet, <strong>le corps en mouvement et le souffle<\/strong>, a des effets apaisants et permet de d\u00e9sengorger le mental, diminuant les cercles vicieux de pens\u00e9es et donc le stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exercices de relaxation et de visualisation permettent \u00e9galement de <strong>mobiliser <\/strong>ses ressources, son imagination et son intuition pour r\u00e9duire le stress et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et augmenter le bien-\u00eatre. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019<strong>exp\u00e9rimenter<\/strong> dans son corps, d\u2019<strong>explorer <\/strong>ses ressentis et sensations, de trouver la position confortable pour soi. Tout un chemin de <strong>connaissance de soi<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ainsi, le Yoga nous aide \u00e0 <strong>\u00eatre plus pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 soi et au monde<\/strong>.
