La Joie est une \u00e9motion que nous ressentons souvent dans la poitrine, comme une vague de chaleur. Elle nous permet de <em>savourer<\/em> les moments que nous vivons et a l&rsquo;avantage de <em>nous ouvrir<\/em> \u00e0 une situation, une personne. Elle nous permet d&rsquo;<em>\u00e9largir notre sentiment des possibles<\/em>, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de cette \u00e9motion !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre cerveau a appris des mani\u00e8res de penser, d&rsquo;agir. Nous reproduisons les sch\u00e9mas familiaux, soci\u00e9taux.. Malheureusement, ces sch\u00e9mas pr\u00e9con\u00e7us ne sont pas toujours tourn\u00e9s vers la Joie et les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives nous envahissent parfois. Celles-ci font partie de la vie mais nous pouvons les diminuer en <strong>cultivant la Joie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne tient qu&rsquo;\u00e0 nous d\u2019accueillir plus de joie et de transformer nos sch\u00e9mas de pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatifs en sch\u00e9mas plus agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 vivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce changement commence maintenant et ne veut pas dire se faire violence, changer de vie du jour au lendemain ou faire des efforts d\u00e9mesur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le changement peut se faire dans la douceur, \u00e0 petit pas. Et c&rsquo;est souvent plus p\u00e9renne. En effet, les choses qui grandissent lentement mais s\u00fbrement ont plus de chances de s&rsquo;instaurer dans la dur\u00e9e et de faire partie de notre quotidien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous propose alors 3 petits exercices, qui ne prennent que quelques minutes, pour accueillir plus de joie dans votre vie quotidienne :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>S&rsquo;offrir en conscience des petits moments de plaisirs<\/strong> :<br><br>Faites <em><strong>une liste des petites choses qui vous font du bien<\/strong><\/em>. Cela peut \u00eatre de toutes petites choses qui semblent anodines mais contribuent \u00e0 votre bien-\u00eatre au quotidien.<br>Sur ma liste, j&rsquo;ai par exemple <em>\u00ab\u00a0boire un caf\u00e9 au soleil\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0faire du yoga\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9couter les oiseaux\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0cuisiner un bon plat\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0parler \u00e0 une amie\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&#8230; <br><br>Maintenant, faites en au moins deux par jour ! Choisissez le matin quelles choses vous voulez faire et CR\u00c9EZ vous <em>ce temps pour vous<\/em> dans la journ\u00e9e. Savourez ce caf\u00e9 au soleil ou cette discussion avec un ami. Ce sont vos moments de bonheur. Un bonheur simple et facile d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s.<br>  <br><\/li><li><strong>Cultiver la gratitude<\/strong> :<br><br>Le soir, dans un petit carnet, prenez le temps de regarder votre journ\u00e9e et notez<strong> <\/strong><em><strong>5 choses pour lesquelles vous \u00eates reconnaissants aujourd&rsquo;hui<\/strong><\/em>. <br>Cela peut ressembler \u00e0 ceci :<br><em>&#8211;  avoir partag\u00e9 un repas avec un ami<br>&#8211; avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 productif au travail<br>&#8211; avoir eu un \u00e9change dr\u00f4le avec un coll\u00e8gue<br>&#8211; un dessin d&rsquo;un enfant&#8230;<\/em><br><br>Dites \u00ab\u00a0<em>Merci<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb pour ces petites choses qui rendent la vie plus douces.<br>Vous verrez, si au d\u00e9but cet exercice peut para\u00eetre difficile (et oui, il y a parfois des journ\u00e9es pourries), vous trouverez de plus en plus de petites choses positives. Et parfois nos journ\u00e9es pourries cachent plus de surprises et de tr\u00e9sors que nous croyons..<br><br><\/li><li><strong>Concr\u00e9tiser ses r\u00eaves<\/strong> :<br><br>Qu&rsquo;avez-vous toujours voulu faire ? <em>Avoir une maison \u00e0 la campagne ? Apprendre une langue ? Aller dans la for\u00eat pas loin de chez vous ? Faire un saut en parachute ? Apprendre \u00e0 faire votre pain ? \u00c9crire un livre ? Avoir des enfants ? Quelles sont les choses que vous aimeriez faire avant de mourir ? <\/em> <br>Faites votre <em><strong>Life-To-Do-List<\/strong><\/em><strong>.<\/strong> <br><br>Vous avez le droit de tout \u00e9crire, m\u00eame les choses les plus farfelues. Ne pensez pas \u00e0 ce qui pourrait vous emp\u00eacher de vivre cela. Il s&rsquo;agit dans un premier temps de voir quels sont vos r\u00eaves. Apr\u00e8s tout, \u00ab\u00a0<em>les r\u00eaves sont les semailles de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, comme nous dit le po\u00e8te James Allen.<br><br>Voil\u00e0, vos r\u00eaves sont \u00e9crits sur un bout de papier. Observez-les et imaginez comment cela serait de les vivre. Ne pensez pas aux difficult\u00e9s. Pensez plut\u00f4t \u00e0 ce que vous pouvez mettre en \u0153uvre pour les vivre. Certains projets demandent du temps, de l&rsquo;investissement. D&rsquo;autres sont peut-\u00eatre beaucoup plus facile d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s que vous ne croyez !
