Cette pratique, connue sous le nom de Shirin-Yoku, soit bain de for\u00eat, fut la pr\u00e9curseur d\u2019un ensemble de pratique mettant en avant les bienfaits du contact avec la nature : les \u00e9coth\u00e9rapies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En effet, dans notre environnement urbain, le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique &#8211; responsable de notre r\u00e9ponse face au stress &#8211; est surstimul\u00e9 (bruits, foule, stress, objets\u2026) tandis que l<strong>e syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique<\/strong> &#8211; gouvernant la r\u00e9ponse de d\u00e9tente et de r\u00e9gulation du corps, comme la digestion par exemple &#8211; est entrav\u00e9 dans son fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Le contact avec le monde naturel est au contraire <strong>propice \u00e0 la relaxation du corps et de l\u2019esprit<\/strong>. Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, de nombreuses \u00e9tudes cliniques en ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices (Meyer-Schulz, K. &amp; B\u00fcrger-Arndt, R., 2019 ; Yi et al., 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Bienfaits physique :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En milieu naturel, le <strong>syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome parasympathique<\/strong>, qui enclenche la<strong> r\u00e9ponse de d\u00e9tente du corps<\/strong> <strong>s\u2019active<\/strong> : la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et la tension art\u00e9rielle baisse, la respiration ralentit, le syst\u00e8me hormonal s\u2019\u00e9quilibre\u2026 Le corps produit alors moins d\u2019adr\u00e9naline et cortisol, hormones du stress (Ulrich et al., 1991 ; Piva et al, 2022).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong> est stimul\u00e9 non seulement par la diversit\u00e9 microbienne pr\u00e9sente, qui renforce notre syst\u00e8me, nous rendant moins vuln\u00e9rables aux allergies, dont le rhume des foins. En outre, les arbres \u00e9mettent des mol\u00e9cules appel\u00e9es phytoncides, afin de se prot\u00e9ger des insectes, champignons et bact\u00e9ries. Ces mol\u00e9cules agissent \u00e9galement sur une cat\u00e9gorie de nos globules blancs, les cellules <em>natural killers <\/em>NK, qui luttent contre les cellules malades, canc\u00e9reuses ou infect\u00e9es. Ainsi, nous retrouvons dans le sang et les urines des promeneurs des traces de ces phytoncides, renfor\u00e7ant notre syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fense interne (Li et al., 2008; Li, 2013)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9journer en for\u00eat augmente l\u2019hormone Dehydroepiandrosteron (DHEA) qui aide \u00e0 baisser le taux de sucre dans le sang, et augmente l\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 des vaisseaux sanguins. Ainsi, les chercheurs estiment que les bains de for\u00eat participent \u00e0 la <strong>bonne sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire<\/strong> (dans m\u00e9ta-analyse de Meyer-Schulz, K. &amp; B\u00fcrger-Arndt, R., 2019)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les activit\u00e9s en nature participe \u00e0 une hygi\u00e8ne de vie globale par l\u2019<strong>activit\u00e9 physique et la mobilisation du corps<\/strong>. Le <strong>sommeil <\/strong>s\u2019en trouve souvent am\u00e9lior\u00e9 (dans m\u00e9ta-analyse de Meyer-Schulz, K. &amp; B\u00fcrger-Arndt, R., 2019).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une <strong>diversit\u00e9 de sens est sollicit\u00e9e<\/strong> : nos cinq sens mais aussi l\u2019<strong>i<\/strong>ntuition, l\u2019instinct, la thermoception, la proprioception (perception de la position des diff\u00e9rentes parties du corps dans l\u2019espace), la nociception (perception de la douleur), l\u2019introception (perception des sensations corporelles et de l\u2019\u00e9tat interne du corps) \u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bienfaits mental et psychologique :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activant le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique, le contact avec la nature est bonne pour l\u2019<strong>humeur <\/strong>: cela procure un sentiment de bien-\u00eatre et d\u2019apaisement imm\u00e9diat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le<strong> stress<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 <\/strong>et le <strong>risque de d\u00e9pression<\/strong> diminue (Yi et al., 2022). En effet, le simple fait d\u2019avoir vue sur des arbres \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital baisserait les hormones du stress (cortisol, adr\u00e9naline\u2026) de 13,4%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre plong\u00e9 dans un espace naturel nous invite au <strong>l\u00e2cher-prise<\/strong>, nous connecte au <strong>moment pr\u00e9sent<\/strong> et permet de d\u00e9velopper la <strong>cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 <\/strong>et l\u2019<strong>intuition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les \u00e9motions positives comme la<strong> joie<\/strong>, la <strong>gratitude<\/strong> ou l\u2019<strong>\u00e9merveillement<\/strong>, peuvent \u00eatre activ\u00e9es plus facilement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les exp\u00e9riences directes et le contact avec notre sensorialit\u00e9 permet de d\u00e9velopper la<strong> concentration et l\u2019attention<\/strong> (Berman et al., 2008).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous nous sentons reli\u00e9s \u00e0 quelque chose de plus vaste : \u00eatre en contact r\u00e9gulier avec le monde naturel permet de comprendre que nous en faisons partie. Cela agit sur notre <strong>sentiment d\u2019appartenance, de confiance et d\u2019acceptation<\/strong>.
